Commercial Kitchen Survey
HCM is developing a brand-new food hub (the Smoky Mountain Harvest Hub). This food hub will help produce fresh local food for charitable and non-charitable distribution purposes. It will also contain a variety of additional features in support of our community food producers and farmers, such as a composting facility, extensive cold storage, and a commercial kitchen.
As we plan out the commercial kitchen component we would love to hear from food-based businesses, entrepreneurs, farmers, and producers about what key elements would be most helpful.
This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete, and every entry will be automatically entered into a prize drawing for a $150 VISA gift card. The survey will officially close on February 21st, 2025 and the gift card will be awarded the following week.
