TITLE SPONSOR - $5000

• Name and logo will be present on all publicity materials next to the event name (including signs, social media, print media, etc.)

• Logo in a prominent position on race day t-shirts

• “Farm Fresh 5K presented by ….. “

• Mentioned at the start and post-race awards ceremony

• Promotional inclusion in racers’ bags

• 10 free race entries

The Farm Fresh 5K celebrates local food and aims to combat hunger in our communities. Haywood Christian Ministry is partnered with over 70 small farmers in WNC to address food insecurity. The 2026 5K will start and finish at our Smoky Mountain Harvest Hub in Bethel, NC. We look forward to partnering with you and for your help making this event a success!

Sponsorship payments can be made by check/cash/online:

1. Check - Fill out a Sponsorship Form and return it with your check (made payable to Haywood Christian Ministry) in person or by mail to 5095 Old River Road, Waynesville, NC 28786.

2. Cash - Fill out a Sponsorship Form and bring it with your cash in person to 5095 Old River Road, Waynesville, NC 28786.
